1. Customer Khata & Phonetic Dedup
Add customers, record credit given (Udhar) and payments received (Jama) with photo bill attachments and custom dates.

2. Automatic Interest (Byaj) Calculator
Enable Interest on any credit transaction, set the monthly interest percentage (e.g. 2% or 3%), and choose Simple or Compound interest mode. The background engine calculates and posts monthly interest transactions automatically on due dates.
3. Bill Generator & Bluetooth Thermal Printing
Select products from inventory or enter custom items to generate instant PDF bills. Connect any standard Bluetooth Thermal Printer (POS) to print physical receipts on the spot.
4. 1-Click WhatsApp PDF & Receipt Share
Send instant PDF account statements, payment reminder alerts, or digital bill receipts directly to your customer's WhatsApp in just one tap.
5. Expense Manager (Kharacha Book)
Track business expenses separately from customer ledgers. Group expenses by category (Shop Rent, Utility Bills, Salaries, Stock Purchase) and view monthly P&L summaries.
6. Security & Recycle Bin

1. Services Offered
UdharGuru provides business accounting software tools including Customer Ledger Tracking, Automatic Interest Calculations, Multi-Business Profiles, PDF Statement Generation, WhatsApp Share, Digital Invoice Creation, Bluetooth Thermal Printing integration, Expense Management, JSON Backup & Restore, and Inventory Management.
2. Account Security & Verification
- You must provide a valid mobile number or Google account for authentication.
- You are responsible for keeping your PIN code, biometric lock, and device access secure.
- Each user account is linked to the primary account credentials provided during registration.
3. User Responsibilities & Backup Maintenance
- You agree to use UdharGuru solely for legitimate business record keeping.
- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of credit/debit entries, interest rates, and issued bills.
- Users are strongly advised to regularly export JSON data backups to ensure an independent copy of their data.
4. Service Availability & Third-Party Outage Disclaimer
UdharGuru is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While offline data is stored on your device and synced with Google Cloud Firestore, UdharGuru and its developers disclaim all liability for third-party cloud service outages, data deletion, or server interruptions beyond developer control.
